I'm personally a Chinese, well of course from the country well-known for its nickname "The Melting Pot", Malaysia...

We do celebrate Mooncake Festival like how our ancestors have passed it down from each generation...Hmmm....why do we have to celebrate such an event?? The story goes on like this...

Long long time ago, back in the ancient and mythical years of China, a rabbit flew to the Moon...followed by a girl named Chang-Er and one more guy i forgot who was it...But i just know that they happened to be caught in adultery...so she fleed off to the Moon to avoid her husband...(well i'm just making some crap out of it...well Chang-Er did exist in history of ancient China *google it up for the story you lazy asses* LOL )
